2. Prepare a simple, recent portfolio
Your portfolio should show the quality of your work clearly. Use sharp photographs without heavy filters, with the cuticle area, shape and finish visible. A few consistent examples are better than a very long gallery.
A professional Instagram profile, shared folder or well-prepared PDF can all work.
3. Check your situation for working in Switzerland
Requirements depend on factors such as nationality and the length of employment. EU and EFTA nationals are subject to different rules from third-country nationals. A salon cannot replace the competent authority, so provide your nationality, current permit and place of residence accurately.
